The girl's got some nasty case of Center of the World stuck to her head. (In many cultures axis mundi is represented in the form of a tree.)
She would probably be more pleased with lovely symmetric tree of life, instead of valgus bonsai, but you can't always get what you want, can you?

Yes, it would put one a little off kilter to have your head tree leaning to the side. Lovely use of colors! The yellow really makes everything just pop right out off the page. The tree and sky are my favorite little bit, just hanging out :)
